Objective/Purpose of the data processing

On behalf of the contractor Company: contact the students/student body and registration of those through email in the educational platforms needed to provide the teaching andthe issue of certificates related to the passing of the courses.

On behalf of the language courses for visitor/visiting students office: registration of the students in the courses and issue of the corresponding certificates, obtain the data to prepare the UPV/EHU report and the possibility of using the photographs taken during the courses on the website of the university as well as in advertising posters or any other explanatory or publicity formats.

Period of conservation of the data

Data will be kept until the interested person asks for its removal/elimination and, in any case, as long as the deadlines of appeal or complaint remain opened or while they are still valid for the purpose they were obtained for.

Legitimization of the data processing

Which are your rights when you provide us your data?

Any person has the right to obtain a confirmation whether if in the UPV/EHU we are processing your personal data or not.

In certain circumstances, interested people can ask for a limitation in the use of their data. In that case, data will only be kept for the exercise or defense of complaints.
