- Bilbao/Loiu airport is approximately 10 km from the city of Bilbao. There is a bus service connecting the airport to the city every half hour (6:00 am to 12:00 pm). The shuttle terminates at the Bus terminal in Bilbao (TERMIBUS), where you can walk or take the metro to your final destination. Metro Bilbao.
