- Bilbao/Loiu airport is approximately 10 km from the city of Bilbao. There is a bus service (Bizkaibus A3247)connecting the airport to the city every 15/20 minutes (5:00 am to 10:00 pm). The shuttle terminates at the Bus terminal in Bilbao (TERMIBUS), where you can walk or take the metro to your final destination. Metro Bilbao.
