-Personal growth by contact with students from different cultures
-Children in the family can gain multicultural competence by getting used to international students at home
-Flexible model where the family and the student can agree on the terms of their living together
Programme´s landmarks
-Families enrol on the programme (features + identification)
-Students enrol on the programme
-We share available families´ features with enrolled students
-When the student has chosen a family, we send both parties each other´s contact details so they can inform about the arrival date, etc.
-Family and student agree on the terms of their living together
