Designing and carrying out ethically grounded, competitive and quality research projects in their methodological, theoretical and empirical dimensions, in the multidisciplinary area of democracy, sovereignty and territoriality, in Europe in general and the Basque Country in particular.
Engaging in theoretical reflection to allow the critical review of the processes of construction of sovereignty taking place in the Basque Country in their respective political/institutional, linguistic/cultural, communicative and economic dimensions.
