  • Analysing the necessary information on the landscape, heritage, territory and towns in order to perform diagnosis and forecasting studies.
  • Applying intervention knowledge to heritage elements for their conservation, taking into account the ethical aspects related to conservation that any intervention must incorporate.
  • Designing research projects for landscape, heritage, territory and towns, taking into account their different characteristics and their relationship with their surroundings.
  • Determining the most appropriate study and analysis methodologies in order to detect, quantify and correct environmental problems.
  • Effectively communicating, in writing or orally, reports, projects and scientific documents.
  • Evaluating the processes that influence landscape dynamics from the various risk factors, suggesting alternatives to mitigate them.
  • Interpreting the evolution of the current definition of the landscape and its influence on legislation and international recommendations.
  • Validating projects and interventions on the landscape, heritage, territory and towns, analysing their consequences from a multidisciplinary perspective.
  • Valuing the landscape as a natural, cultural, economic and educational resource.
