Dr. Iranzu Sotés Cedrón, Marine Officer. She is a lecturer and investigator in the Nautical Sciences and Marine Engineering Department of the University of the Basque Country. She got Ph.D. degree in Nautical and Marine Engineering in 2013. She has taken part in various R&D contracts and projects related to navigation and coastal management. She is author of various textbooks and academic articles.
