Esther Cruz Iglesias (Soraluze 1974) PhD in Pedagogy from the UPV / EHU (2016) and Master in Intervention of Learning Difficulties from the University of Valencia.

Associate Professor of the Department of Didactics and School Organization where she has taught in the grades of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Social Education, Pedagogy and Psychopedagogy. She also teaches in the Master's Degree in Secondary Education and in the Master of Research in Socio-educational Areas.

She is currently the Coordinator of the Department of Didactics and School Organisation (Donosti section) in the Faculty of Education, Philosophy and Anthropology at the UPV/EHU.

She has collaborated with the Educational Advice Service of the UPV/EHU in the ehundu project to promote the coordination of teaching teams and with the Vicerectorate for Students and Employability in the Zeharsare project to define the transversal competences of the UPV/EHU.

She has participated in 11 research projects related, on the one hand, to the development of teachers' skills and, on the other, to the development of the skills of the student participating in learning-service activities linked to the inclusion of people with disabilities. He has published articles in indexed journals such as Tendencias pedagógicas, Pixel-bit, Revista de Innovación en Docencia Universitaria, RIDU and RIEJS.

He belongs to the Research Group IKASGURA recognized with the level B (IT 1348-2019) by the Basque Government.
