Iratxe Duñabeitia Usategui is Diplomated from the University of Zaragoza (2007) and Graduated in Physiotherapy from the University of Salamanca (2014). In addition, she completed the Master in Healthy Aging and Quality of Life at the University of the Basque Country / Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea (2016) and was awarded as the best student of the Master. Finally, in 2018 she defended the Doctoral Thesis in Basque about Physical Agents in the recovery in runners. For 8 years she has developed in clinical and assistance activity in the private sphere. During this period, she has been trained in different techniques and methods of physiotherapy. Currently, she is a professor-researcher at the University of the Basque Country / Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea (2014-). Her research activity has focused to date on the study of different physiotherapy techniques and their influence on anthropometry, physiology, biomechanics and physical disability.
