Methodology
The professional Master`s is taught face-to-face, with teaching methods varying according to the subject. It includes lectures, and practical case studies related to real-life problems dealt with by actuaries, and also places an emphasis on participation and group work. Students will use the techniques and procedures common to the insurance and financial sector throughout the Master`s, and group work will be encouraged. The use of IT applications will be especially important in some subjects.Assessment
Students will be assessed systematically and continuously for each subject. Assessment will be carried out through:-Written exam.-Presentation of practical work or case studies.-Active participation in classes and seminars.-At the end of the Master`s, students will produce a compulsory written report on a particular subject, to be presented and defended in a viva before a board.- Number of credits ECTS : 6
