Methodology

According to the paper on the Master's Degree in the Legal Practice, the most important skill our students must acquire is to "possess, understand and develop skills which enable them to implement the specialized knowledge acquired in the degree to the changing reality which lawyers face, in order to avoid situations of injury, risk or conflict with regard to the entrusted interests or their professional practice before courts or public authorities and in advisory functions."For this purpose, the educational activity of the pupils will follow different methods (lectures, exercises, analysis and resolution of practical cases, jurisprudential analysis, preparation of legal reports) which make it viable to acquire such skills.

Assessment

It is a prerequisite for evaluation for students to attend a minimum of 80% of the on-site teaching provided by the master's degree. The progress of the students will be assessed by means of continuous assessment and the students must carry out the different activities related to the subjects. They will have to carry out different activities related to the subjects (drafting legal reports and presentations) and write a final dissertation and present it. To pass the master's degree it is also necessary to undergo external in-house training, with a content and scope which corresponds to and covers the 30 credits assigned to such training.
