General Research Services (SGIker)
General Research Services (SGIker) of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) gather specialized units and laboratories, staffed with highly qualified technical staff and advanced technology scientific infrastructures.
They provide knowledge and services to the community of researchers and technologists of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and other public or private centers, as well as for business in the community, within a framework of service provision agreements or contracts.
SGIker aim to contribute to the promotion, development and dissemination of multidisciplinary scientific and technological research, aiming to promote the knowledge advancement, and financial, social and cultural development of the Basque Autonomous Community. They also participate in the training of research staff and popular science publications.
