Associate Professor at the University of Labor and Social Security Law at the University of the Basque Country-Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea (UPV-EHU) (Spain), attached to the Faculty of Labor Relations and Social Work, on its campus in Leioa (Bizkaia ).

Her professional work has preferably been devoted to issues related to Social Security and, more broadly, to social protection. She is the author of various types of publications such as a book, book chapters, magazine articles, as well as communications to Congresses related to labor law, social security and social protection.

At present, she is part of the MINECO TRANSLABOUR project (Ref. DER2017-83040-C4-1-R) and of the Groups project with ref. UPV / EHU GIU18 / 082 entitled “Transnational labor and transport law”.
