Exchange students can apply by downloading the application form and learning agreement:

• Erasmus Application Form.
• Learning Agreement Proposal.

Alternatively, you can email the academic coordinator:

You should ensure that the learning agreement section is signed by you and an authorised signatory at your home university. If these signatures are missing, we cannot accept your application.
You must also send a formal transcript with your application. This should clearly list the course units you have completed and marks/grades achieved.

Application process:
1) Get information about your specific exchange program:
• Erasmus
• TASSEP
2) Submit application by email or post to the academic coordinator.
3) Receive acceptance letter/email from the academic coordinator that your application has been received
Please make sure you keep the Study Abroad Unit and your Erasmus Coordinator informed of any changes to your home address or email address.
