The maritime industry is looking towards more sustainable solutions, including digitalisation. The LeaderSHIP project is developing test training for new needs in the sector. The overall aim of the project is that future training and education will support the green transition by reducing the carbon footprint in the sector and accelerating the use of renewable energy sources and alternative fuels.
