How to get to San Sebastián from Bilbao?

The Bilbao airport is well connected with Donosti. Once we arrive we basically have two alternatives:

It is the easiest, simplest and cheapest way to get there, take the bus from Bilbao airport to San Sebastian.

Right at the exit of the airport there is a stop where we can take the bus that will take us to Donosti.

Buses run every hour and take 75 minutes to complete the tour.

Once in San Sebastian the bus will drop you off at the new bus station in the city, next to the northern train station. The bus station is practically in the center of the city so you can walk to your hotel or you can take a taxi at the door to take you to your accommodation.

You can take a taxi there or book a luxury car for the same price on this website. With this service you will have a car waiting at the door for you already booked in advance and without waiting for queues.

If you opt for the classic taxi option, you have a taxi stop at the airport exit and the waiting time will depend on the queue.

The price of both options, the private car and the taxi is similar and around € 180

In this way, you have means of transport to go to San Sebastian and you already have your car for excursions.
