For Raman imaging analyses a Renishaw InVia Raman micro spectrometer is available, coupled to a DMLM Leica microscope with 5x, 20x, 50x and 100x objectives and with a Peltier-cooled (-70 oC) detector. The microscope is equipped with a motorized XYZ positioning stage. Images can be acquired with the 532 and 785 nm laser using the Stream Line device or point by point device. The nominal power of the laser at a maximum is 50 mW and it can be modulated at several percentages. The spectral resolution is around 1 cm-1. The software used for the data collection is the Renishaw Wire 4.1. The equipment is installed on an antivibratory table and inside a temperature-controlled room.
