The Flow Cytometer allows to perform both cell counting and two-way cell sorting. Samples are stained with specific fluorescently-labeled reagents. The integrated laser engine includes 4 lasers, leading to excitation lines of 405, 488, 561 and 638 nm. Then, the fluorochrome emission (fluorescent intensity) and light scatter (cell size and complexity) are recorded.
