The 3 university degrees that make up my training were key to starting my 25 years of professional career. The 11 years worked as a teacher and PT at primary and / or secondary education centers gave me a deep knowledge of the education system. For several years, I combined this work with that of an associate university professor. After obtaining the title of doctor of education (2006), my passion for teaching and my concern for research led me in 2008 torequest the leave of the research technical position at the UPV / EHU to continue as a PDI for dedication complete. In college, my activity has stood out for the search for continuous improvement and excellence. In addition to participating in more than 15 training and specialization courses, I am accredited to teach in 3 different languages and have participated in innovation projects that have had a positive impact on my teaching practice. I would like to highlight that I have been evaluated with a rating of 10 out of 10 in the DOCENTIAZ program. In the field of management, I have been deputy director of innovation and quality of the E.U. of teaching in Bilbao, and since 2008 I have been a member of the board of the department of teaching and school organization. Other management positions and my participation in the organization of courses and conferences complement my experience in this field.
