Associate Professor of Constitutional Law, accredited as a full professor. My research activity has been substantiated in the recognition of 2
periods (six-year periods) of research, the last one granted by the 2014-2019 tranche (date 1/01/2023) (CNEAI). Sole author of 2 monographs, 30 articles and 32 book chapters. In the last 10 years I have participated in a total of 9 research projects developing the following five lines of research:1.Inequality and the remercantilisation of women.2.Forms of State-Constitution and Capitalism;3.The material desubjectivisation of rights and their financialisation;4.Market State and ecology of capital;Territorial organization of power in market constitutionalism. I have previously held teaching and research functions at the University of Deusto (2009-2012,2013-2015) and at the University of Alicante (period 2015-2019).I have 8 teaching publications in sole authorship and 12 in co-authorship. I have participated in 20 teaching innovation projects, currently I am part of 3 teaching innovation projects.I have taught postgraduate courses in: the Master in Governance and Human Rights at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (period 2017-2019), the Official Master in Access to the Legal Profession at the University of Deusto (period 2014-2022). Since 2016/2017, I have been teaching in the Official Master's Degree in Constitutional Law at the University of Valencia; and, since 2023/2024, in the Master's Degree in Environmental Law at the University
