Acquired skills
These are the main competences for which this degree will qualify you:
- G-1. Possessing the basic terminology and understanding the essential workings of public and private law, with full capability for systematising , critically analysing, interlinking, integrating and summarising the know-how acquired in a spirit of leadership and entrepreneurship.
- G-2. Properly applying the knowledge and techniques acquired in the course of their degree studies for the solving of legal problems, adopting decisions creatively and tackling a range of situations with respect for diversity and tolerance, based on the ability to organise, work in small groups and plan.
- G-3. An ability to adapt continually to changes in regulations and to new situations with the necessary commitment to ethics and social, financial and environmental awareness in general, specifically prioritising issues of quality and innovation in the field of ICTs.
- G-4. Satisfactorily managing interpersonal and social relationships based on the proper mastery of spoken and written communication, enabling students to pass on information to specialist and non-specialist audiences through argument and critical reasoning.
- G-5. Managing the learning process in a continuous, self-directed fashion so as to acquire an all-round education consistent with the fundamental rights of equality, non-discrimination and the fostering of a culture of peace, and thus successfully undertaking subsequent specialist studies or refresher training.
