Degree in Psychology (2001), Master’s Degree in Equality Between Women and Men (2003), Specialist in Psychology of Physical Activity and Sport (2006), and Doctor in Psychology (2016). In 2018 was given the National Certification as an Expert in Psychology of Sport by The General Board of Psychology in Spain. Associated Professor at the Faculty of Psychology, where she teaches psychology of sport. She combines teaching and sports consultancy in the firm Avento, where she works since 2005.
Specialised in incorporating gender perspective in sport, has run out projects for public institutions at local, provincial, national and international level. Since 2011 has collaborated with the Council of Europe in the design of programs for the promotion of gender equality in sport; between 2008 and 2017 she taught psychology in coaching courses of different sport federations. Nowadays, she gives psychological advice to sport organisations in subjects such as leadership and group cohesion; motivation; conflict resolution; and sexual harassment and abuse in sport.
