Ricardo González Pérez is Associate Professor of Dermatology at the Teaching Unit of Medicine of Vitoria-Gasteiz. He currently works at the Araba University Hospital, where he has held the position of Medical Chief of the Dermatology Service.

In 1990 he was awarded a scholarship for the training of researchers (BF190058 AE Modality), developing his activity in the Department of Neurosciences of the University of the Basque Country for 2 years. He received specific training in Pediatric Dermatology through a stay in Milan under the direction of Dr. Ruggero Caputo and belongs to the Spanish Research Group on Contact Dermatitis and Skin Allergy (GEIDAC).

He is the author of more than 90 publications in national and international journals or book chapters and has participated in more than 280 papers, communications or posters.
