Degree in Biochemistry from University of the Basque Country (2005) and PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (2011) from the University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU. He obtained a Predoctoral Fellowship for the training of research personnel from The University of the Basque Country and developed his thesis in the “Grupo de Tecnología enzimática y Celular”. He is currently Supply Professor of Microbiology in Medicine Degree in the Faculty of Medicine and Nursing.



His research activity in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology is developed in the group Viral Membrane Proteins”. He has participated in several research projects from which several publications and participations in national and international congresses have derived. In recent years, he has directed 5 degree ending projects.
