Graduated (2010) and PhD (2014) in Physics in the Basque Country University (UPV/EHU). She is a lecturer in this University since 2016.



She carried out her PhD in the research center CIC nanoGUNE, in the group nanodevices, leaded by Luis Hueso and Felix Casanova. She performed in the area of spintronics, with a direct application in microelectronic industry. More precisely, she fabricated and measured lateral spin valves. She published 9 scientific articles out of her thesis, 7 of which belong to the Q1 (first quartile).



Nowadays she completely changed her study field, being a member of the multidisciplinary research group on Ecological Economics and Ecological Politics (EKOPOL), which is recognised by the Basque Government. Her research lineas are energy transition, participation of cities and communities, ecofeminism and energetical footprint. She is specially involved in the last one, calculating the energetical footprint of different bottom-up projects in the Basque Country.
