Industrial Engineer and PhD in Development Studies by the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), he is part of the research and teaching staff of the Department of Electrical Engineering since 2019 (Assistant Professor since 2023). In previous stages, he has worked as a project engineer in the renewable energy sector, as an education project technician in NGOs and as a researcher at the university. His research activity currently focuses on issues related to the energy transition and the protection of electrical systems with high penetration of renewable energies.
