PhD in Sociology (UPV/EHU, 2013). Lecturer in the Department of Sociology and Social Work of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). Member of the research group "Parte Hartuz" (GIC 21/010), which is specialized in the study of democracy and nationalism. Director of the master's degree Sovereignty in the Peoples of Europe. His main research interests are nationalism and political sociology, and he is specialized in the relationship between Basque nationalism and migrations. It has a positive evaluation in the Docentiaz program and a research section (six-year period).
