La asignatura Enfermería Clínica II se imparte en 2º curso de los estudios de Grado en Enfermería y está muy relacionada con las siguientes asignaturas del Plan de Estudios: Patologia. Cuidados básicos, Enfermería Clínica I, Enfermería Clínica III y Enfermería Clínica IV.



En esta asignatura se estudia la fisiopatología y la clínica de las alteraciones más comunes que se presentan en los diferentes aparatos y sistemas del organismo humano, así como las necesidades derivadas de las mismas y los cuidados de enfermería pertinentes. También se estudia la dietética aplicada a la práctica clínica.

1. (CE77.) -Know the pathophysiologic processes and their clinical manifestations and risk factors that determine the health/illness status in the different stages of the vital cycle.



2. (CE88.) - Know the health disorders typically found in adults, identifying the clinical manifestations that appear thorough different stages.

- Identify the care needs arising from health disorders

-Analyze the data collected in the assessment, prioritizing the problems of adults, establish and implement the care plan and evaluate it.

-Perform the nursing care techniques and proceedings, establishing a therapeutic relationship with the patients and their families.

-Select the interventions to treat or prevent the disorders due to health deviations.

-Have a cooperative attitude with different team members.



LEARNING OUTPUTS

- Acquire the knowledge that allows the student to understand, explore and manage de various factors that affect health and illness, which will be the scientific basis of his professional doing.

- Know the nursing techniques and care plans in the different areas, according to the patient¿s needs.

SEMINAIRE:

Nursing management of patients with diabetes mellitus.

La metodología utilizada en las diferentes modalidades docentes se basa en la participación activa del alumnado, promoviendo el autoaprendizaje mediante el trabajo autónomo y grupal, siguiendo con la filosofía del modelo educativo IKD de la UPV/EHU.



Las diferentes modalidades docentes son:



- Clases magistrales: se compaginan las sesiones expositivas con ejercicios/ tareas en grupales y/o individuales. Asimismo, se emplea el Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas (ABP) como metodología docente.



- Seminario: se busca profundizar en el proceso enfermero a través de la resolución de un caso clínico, mediante la aplicación de una tarea de aprendizaje activa.



- Prácticas de laboratorio: se llevan a cabo prácticas análogas que el alumnado realizará en la práctica profesional.

Lo especificado en la convocatoria ordinaria será válido en la convocatoria extraordinaria. En el caso de estudiantes que siguen el sistema de evaluación mixta, se guardará la nota de aquellas competencias que hayan sido aprobadas en la convocatoria ordinaria.
