Bachelor and doctorate in Law (UPV/EHU) and Master in Companies Legal Advice. Professor of the University of the Basque Country since 1994. She has taught in subjects of the Commercial Law area.
Her research activity has been focused on issues related to Accounts Auditing, being the author of different publications.
