EGOITZ POMARES URBINA

PhD in Social and Legal Sciences (UPV/EHU, 2020), Master in Business Management and Administration (Mondragon Unibertsitatea, 2005) and Bachelor´s Degree in Law & Economics (University of Deusto, 2004). In addition, he has carried out academic and research stays at European universities such as Umea Universitet (Sweden, 2004) and KU Leuven (Belgium, 2019).

Since 2022 he is lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). He has previously worked at Sinnergiak Social Innovation, a social innovation centre attached to the UPV/EHU, in projects such as "Etorkizuna Eraikiz" (2016-2021) and "Gipuzkoa Workplace Innovation" (2014-2019) promoted by the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa. He has combined this activity as Research Staff of the UPV/EHU in international action-research projects funded by the Horizon 2020 programme of the European Commission. He has also been a member of the Research Group "INNOLAB: Innovation, Change and Complexity".

Egoitz is part of the management team of "European Workplace Innovation Network". As a researcher he has worked for international organisations and agencies. He is also a member of the editorial board of the "European Journal of Workplace Innovation" published by the University of Agder (Norway).
