Acquired skills
These are the main competences for which this degree will qualify you:
- An ability to apply the knowledge acquired to their work in any field concerned with business management and administration.
- An ability to communicate fluently in writing and orally.
- An ability to communicate in other languages, preferably English, French or German.
- An ability to develop creativity, innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- An ability to engage in analytical and critical thinking.
- An ability to join any functional area of a firm or organisation and smoothly perform any management task required there, with the skills to work in a variety of environments and multicultural organisations.
- An ability to make reasoned judgements based on data obtained.
- An ability to seek out, identify, analyse and summarise information from different sources, and the critical ability to assess the situation and foreseeable trends at a firm, to make reasoned judgements and to make decisions on significant financial, business, social and ethical issues.
- An ability to work in a team with responsibility and respect, initiative and leadership.
- Assigning the resources available efficiently, using ICTs in their field of study and career context.
- Developing learning skills to acquire a high level of autonomy with a view to engaging in subsequent studies and for their own preparation in an environment subject to continual changes and innovations.
- Directing and administering a firm or organisation, understanding its competitive and institutional position and identifying its strengths and weaknesses.
- Preparing, issuing and submitting reports clearly and consistently on internal corporate issues and situations and on specific situations at other companies and markets so as to facilitate decision-making for specialist and non-specialist target groups.
