Professional work experience before entering university: Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles (CAF) (1987-1988): Manufacturing;GUASCOR ( 1988-1991 ): Research and Development;ECHESA (1991-1995): Technical Office; Tecnología del Cartón, TECASA(1995-1996): Technical management.
Professor at the University of Basque Country ( UPV/EHU) since 1996, teaching at the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
Three Lines of Research fields:
1. Design engineering.
2. Creation and management of innovative organizations.
3. Enterprise transformation.
