Bizkaia Aretoa
This building is located in one of the most centric areas of Bilbao. It opens to the Nerbioi-Ibaizabal river that crosses the city and it is close to the Guggenheim Museum. It is become an emblematic building designed by the Portuguese architect Álvaro Siza who received the first European Mies van der Rohe prize in 1988 and the prestigious Pritzker Architecture Prize to the best architect in 1992.

By car:
The nearest parking is located in Plaza Euskadi, a square close to the Bizkaia Aretoa. It is just a two minute walk from the venue (see the maps provided in the previos links). The entrance is located in Calle Ramón Rubial.

By subway (metro):
The nearest metro station is Moyua (exit named 'Ercilla-Guggenheim'). From the exit, walk down Calle Elcano towards the river (in the direction of Abandoibarra), keeping the Government House building to your left, and when you arrive to the Euskadi Plaza, turn down to Calle Ramón Rubial and continue until you see the Bizkaia Aretoa building. It is about a ten-minute walk.
