Dear colleagues,

It is a great pleasure for us to invite you and cordially welcome you to the 5th International Workshop on Scedosporium infections, which will be held in October 6-7, 2016 at the Bizkaia Aretoa in Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain.

This is the fifth edition of this intenational meeting of the ECMM/ISHAM Working Group on Scedosporium Infections. In this workshop scientists working on different aspects of this species complex will gather to share their latest advances and research findings in the field. 

Bilbao is one of the most relevant cities in the North of the country, becoming a cultural and economic reference point. You will find a very confortable city, with amazing contrasts between tradition (Old Quater of the city, Basque cuisine, "pintxos", etc) and modernity (Guggenheim Musem, Iberdrola tower, etc.).

Therefore, we would like to invite you to join the 5^th International Workshop on Scedosporium Infections in Bilbao and to enjoy this exiting meeting and beautiful city with us.
