She is a PhD from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) in the PhD programme in Basque Linguistics and Philology, and her main subject of research is the generational continuity of the Basque language. She graduated from Basque Studies (UPV/EHU) in 2022 and completed her Master's in Basque Linguistics and Philology in 2023. Her Master's Thesis, the family language policies of Basque parents in Vitoria-Gasteiz for the multilingual socialization of their children, was awarded in the second call for the Henrike Knörr scholarship. She is also a member of the research project AMRELSE (Alta minorització i reproducció lingüística en el sud-oest europeu).
