The research teams involved in the doctorate have sufficient teaching and research laboratories for the training of the students, both at the Faculty of Pharmacy and at the Lucio Lascaray Centre for Research and Advanced Studies.However, it should be noted that part of the activity may be carried out at facilities of the UPV/EHU such as the General Research Services (SGIker), the Las Nieves lecture room building and the library on the Álava Campus.

The research groups have access to laboratories which, equipped with advanced and modern analytical instrumentation, guarantee high-quality training.- Laboratories in the Department of Pharmacy and Food Sciences of the Faculty of Pharmacy.- Two laboratories at the Centre for Research and Advanced Studies, one related to the NANOBIOCEL research group and the other to the research group called ¿Pharmacokinetics, nanotechnology and gene therapy¿. The Centre has access to all the Scientific-Technological General Research Services (SGIker) on the Álava Campus as instruments at the forefront of the transfer of knowledge to the company.- P3 biological containment laboratory at the Centre for Research and Advanced Studies

All the doctoral students have access to the UPV/EHU Library, which is made up of two central libraries on the Leoia and Álava Campuses and 18 libraries to be found at the Faculties and Schools located on the different campuses.The library on the Álava Campus has- 230,000 volumes, with 350,000 volumes envisaged in the mid-term- 11 consultation rooms by areas of knowledge- 6 group work rooms (80 places in total)- 12 individual desks for research (carrels)- 2 large study rooms (1,000 places equipped with an Internet connection)
