The rates for the Exhibition Halls will be subject to a number of discounts:

• For bookings of between 2 to 4 days, there will be a 30% discount on the set price.
• For continuous bookings of between 1 and 2 business weeks*, there will be a 40% discount.
• For continued reservations of more than 2 business weeks *, there will be a 50% discount

* 1 business week = 5 working days

The rates for multimedia technical staff working normal hours at the Bizkaia Aretoa will be €28.32/h.

In the event of the spaces being required outside the building's normal business hours (normal schedule: From Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, and from 8 am to 2 pm in August), the special overtime rate for permanent staff will have to be added to the rental price, with such amount being as follows:

• Reception staff: €23.12 (always compulsory)
• Supervision staff: €37.91 (if necessary)
• Multimedia technical staff: €33.12 (if necessary)
• The cost of recording and streaming service in the Mitxelena and Baroja auditoriums will be the equivalent of 2 hours of multimedia technician, each service per day.
• Cleaning staff: as and when necessary and at a variable cost depending on the event
