Enrollment extension
The enrollment extension request is addressed to groups of undergraduate students who meet the established requirements.
Students not participating in the Internships in Companies program
Undergraduate students who plan to carry out internships in a company when they formalize their ordinary enrollment and request that they be recognized as optional credits for this activity, but in the end they will not participate in the Internships in Companies program.
It will be necessary to have applied for an internship in a company through Praktiges. For this reason, if at the time of self-registration the requirements to participate in the Internships in Companies program are not met, it will not be possible to request an Enrollment Extension in the first fortnight of December.
They may only request an extension of enrollment for elective subjects in the 2nd semester in the following cases:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Degree in Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering
- Degree in Computer Engineering of Management and Information Systems
Maximum 24 elective credits
- Degree in Civil Engineering
Maximum 18 elective credits
Students enrolled in subjects with prerequisites
Students who have not been able to enroll in subjects with prerequisites in the following degrees:
- Degree in Marine
- Degree in Nautical and Maritime Transport
Enrollment extensions may only be requested for subjects with prerequisites that are from the 2nd Semester.
In no case may exceed 60 new credits or 90 credits between new and repeated, in the total number of credits registered between the ordinary registration and the extension of registration.
