She is a PhD in Sociology and Political Science (Univ. Deusto 1995). Basque Government Pre-doctoral Scholarship (1990-1994). She teaches in the UPV/EHU since 1997. Lecturer of the Department of Sociology and Social Work, (since 2008) Faculty of Education, Philosophy and Anthropology. She teaches the subject History of Thought I in the degrees of Philosophy and Anthropology. And also Sociology of Education in Primary Education. Her teaching has had an Assesment as Very Good in Docentiaz 2014. Position of Academic Secretary in the Faculty of Education (2012-2015).
She has 2 research six year periods recognized by CNEAI. She is co-author of several scientific articles and book chapters as well as communications in several scientific congresses. Topics: diversity, intercultural and inter-ethnic relations, linguistic attitudes, values and school, acculturation, citizenship and identity.
She has participated in several research projects as a collaborator researcher (2003-2004), being Principal Researcher in two projects UPV/EHU (2009) and (2011-2012). He has co-directed a Doctoral Thesis. She is a collaborating researcher of the group Eukids Online (since 2017) risks and opportunities for minors on the internet.Proyects: Safer Internet Centre-Spain y CORE Children Online: Research and Evidence Project
