COMPETENCIAS.
Adquirir conocimientos sobre ingeniería de la reacción química y diseño de reactores (recogida en TEQI1).
Aplicar las estrategias propias de la metodología científica, analizar la situación problemática cualitativa y cuantitativamente; plantear hipótesis y soluciones para resolver problemas propios de la ingeniería de la reacción química (recogida en TEQ8).
Comunicar adecuadamente los conocimientos, procedimientos y resultados en el ámbito de la ingeniería de la reacción química y análisis y diseño de reactores, utilizando el vocabulario y la terminología específica (recogida en TEQI9).
Trabajar eficazmente en entornos multidisciplinares integrando capacidades y conocimientos para adoptar decisiones en el ámbito de la ingeniería de la reacción química (recogida en TEQI10)
BREVE DESCRIPCION.
Cinética química aplicada al análisis y diseño de reactores.
Reactores monofásicos: Reactores ideales y desviaciones del comportamiento ideal.
Reactores multifásicos: fluido-sólido, fluido-fluido.
OBJETIVOS.
Conocer los aspectos fundamentales de la cinética química formal y su aplicación al análisis y diseño de reactores químicos.
Conocer los fundamentos del modelado de reactores y su aplicación a sistemas reactivos monofásicos y multifásicos.
Conocer y aplicar métodos numéricos a la resolución de modelos descriptivos de reactores.

METODOLOGIA.
CLASES PRESENCIALES:
Magistral: Explecación de contenidos teóricos y desarrollo de problemas y cuestiones ilustrativos relativos a cada tema.
Prácticas de aula: Se realizarán en grupos de 2/3 alumnos/as, y corresponden a diferentes problemas y cuestiones a realizar tras las clases magistrales del tema correspondiente.
NO PRESENCIALES.
Resolución de un conjunto de cuestiones y problemas relativos a los contenidos de la asignatura, ya sea de ampliación a contenidos no impartidos o desarrollo y profundización de materias impartidas.
