Success in the attendance to the 20th Gums & Stabilisers for the Food Industry Conference organized by Food Hydrocolloids Trust and Biomat group

The organisers have highlighted the high participation of researchers, coming from 27 countries, in the 20th Gums & Stabilisers for the Food Industry Conference held in Miramar Palace from the 11th to the 14th of June. Also researchers from the industry sector attended the conference, and Nestlé, CP Kelko, Du Pont eta Cargill, among other companies, presented the last innovations in the field of hydrocolloids.
