Born in 1998 (Iruñea, Basque Country). In 2020, she earned a degree in Chemistry, and in 2021, the master’s degree in EnvironmentalContamination and Toxicology from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). In her master's thesis, she developed the application of Effect-Directed Analysis (EDA) at the wastewater treatment plant in Bayonne-Anglet-Biarritz within the IBeA research group under the supervision of Nestor Etxebarria. In 2022, she obtained a research contract at the Catalan Institute for Water Research (ICRA). She participated in the European project HYDROUSA, investigating contaminants of emergingconcern (CECs) in the water cycle and in soil and plants irrigated with reclaimed water. In May 2023, she obtained a predoctoral contract at the University of the Basque Country to develop high-throughput Effect-Directed Analysis (HT-EDA) in both drinking water and wastewater, under the supervision of Nestor Etxebarria and Mireia Irazola.
