Numayer A Zaman is an Electrical and Electronic Engineering graduate from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh and currently pursuing the joint master degree titled European Master for Industry in Microwave Electronics and Photonics (EMIMEP).

In 2026, he joined the Radiocommunications and Signal Processing (TSR) research group at the Department of Communications Engineering of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). His current work focuses on two interconnected areas: automatic channel sounding system design and characterization of wireless propagation channels in industrial environments across different frequency bands ranging from 6 GHz to 40 GHz.
