Alexander Gallarreta received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in telecommunications engineering from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), Bilbao, Spain, in 2019, 2021, and 2024, respectively.

His current research is focused on signal processing for the analysis of low-voltage grid emissions measurement methods.
