The PRAXIS research group hosts its annual fortnightly seminar, which this year features a diverse range of presentations. These include lectures by invited researchers, thematic sessions, presentations of articles being prepared for publication, ongoing Ph.D. dissertation presentations, simulations of Ph.D. defenses, and other engaging sessions.
The seminar is conducted online in English and takes place on Tuesdays from 10:00h to 11:30h (Time zone Donostia-San Sebastián). Please find below the preliminary program for the seminar:
- March 7, 2023: "Social Autonomy and Technical Opacity in Tinder Love. Unlocking the Sex-Affective Technologies through Hermeneutical Anticipation" (Oihana Iglesias Carrillo, UPV/EHU).
- March 21, 2023: "Epistemic inequality in the restorative justice communication process within criminal proceedings: its effects on the process development and outcome" (Isabel Germán, UPV/EHU).
- April 4, 2023: "The Logical Construction of the World: (old) dialectics and (new) explications" (Caterina Del Sordo, UPV/EHU).
- April 18, 2023: "De Se Thoughts and Communication. An act-based account" (Ainhoa Fernández).
- May 2, 2023: "Transdisciplinariedad y ser estético en Oteiza desde la música. El ser estético de Oteiza como explicación de la transdisciplinariedad y del artista total" (Elixabete Etxebeste, UPV/EHU).
- May 16, 2023. "An experiment of open anticipatory governance: constructing relational mechanisms in nanomedicine" (David-Álvaro Martínez).
