Gizarte Zientziak eta Humanitate Proiektuak

Gazteen enplegurako elkartea: ebaluazio-azterlanak Espainian, Hungarian, Italian eta Polonian

Programa espezifikoa: EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment

UPV/EHU: Onuradunak

UPV/EHU IP: Sara de la RICA

Proiektuaren hasiera: 2018/10/01

Proiektuaren amaiera: 2021/09/30

Deskribapen laburra: Proiektuaren helburua Espainia, Hungaria, Italia eta Poloniako gazteei zuzendutako enplegu-ekimenak ebaluatzea da. Parte hartzen duten herrialdeek erronka komunak dituzte gazteen langabezia handiari eta gazteen enplegu-ekimenen kalitate handiko inpaktua aztertzeko gaitasun txikiari dagokienez.

Proiektuak bi ekimen-multzo ebaluatuko ditu: Enplegu Zerbitzu Publikoen (EZP) dibulgazio-jarduerak eta gazteei eskainitako lan-kontratuetarako enplegu-probak/lan-subsidioak, arreta berezia jarrita orientazioaren genero-dimentsioan eta politiken emaitzetan. Antzeko administrazio-datuetan oinarritutako ebaluazio-metodo bateratuak erabiliko ditugu, Erdialdeko, Ekialdeko eta Hegoaldeko Europako herrialdeetan gutxi esploratzen direnak.

Gainera, proiektuak indartu egingo du ikerketa-erakundeek enplegu-ekimenak ebaluatzeko azterlanak ezartzeko duten gaitasuna. Horretarako, sare transnazional bat sortuko da gazte-enpleguko politikei buruz, doktoregoko ikasleentzako pasanteei buruz eta beste erakunde batzuetako ikertzaileentzako ebaluazio-metodoei buruzko tailerrei buruz. Halaber, politikak formulatzeko ardura dutenen artean inpaktu-azterlanen erabilera sustatuko du.
