Trajectory

Alberto Lopez-Arraiza is an Industrial Engineer (2000) and a PhD in Materials Engineering (2008) from the School of Engineering in Bilbao (UPV/·EHU). He is accredited by ANECA as University Professor (2018) and with two six-year research periods. Professionally, he worked in private companies as an R&D Engineer (Graver S.A), as a professor/researcher at the Mondragon Higher Polytechnic School and as head of the Composites Laboratory at the IDEKO Technological Center. Since September 2011 he has been a professor/researcher at the Department of Sciences and Techniques of Navigation, Machinery and Naval Construction at the Bilbao School of Engineering. Therefore, he has extensive experience in research projects and in the dissemination of results in congresses and articles of international impact.
