Project Summary:
The main objective of the "BEHA 3.0" project is to promote data culture in the Basque media. To do this, a diagnosis of the situation will be started from which the key indicators for the evaluation of data culture in the media will be extracted. Next, resources will be offered to the 70 cross-border media outlets - tools, analysis and training - of the HEKIMEN association that are part of the project, and at the end it will be evaluated whether or not the data culture has been deepened. Consequently, data-based decision-making processes will be promoted.
The specific objectives of the project are, therefore, the following:
- Diagnosis of the data culture of the Basque media.
- Define key indicators for the evaluation of the data culture of the Basque media.
- Offer resources to promote the data culture of the Basque media.
- Promote data-driven decision-making processes in Basque-language media.
