Research interests

My research project is named "Functional consequences of biodiversity loss caused by emergent diseases in freshwater ecosystems". I am studying the effects of biodiversity loss of riparian trees and amphibians due to the diseases caused by the fungi Phytophthora and Batrachochytrium in freshwater ecosystem processes, mainly decomposition and primary production.
