Polarization and the Future of Jobs
This line of research focuses on a labour market phenomenom that advanced societies are experimenting due to technological advances and globalization. Routine jobs are declining whereas those complementary to machines are emerging. This is going to shape the future of jobs in all societies, and poses relevant challenges to reallocate workers from declining to emerging jobs.
