<span lang="en">This research study tries to demonstrate the direct relationship between ICT introduction in SMEs and the improvement of the innovation capability of the firm, and provides a tool for the selection of the technology which apart fr om improving productivity better enhances innovation culture. Based on a study of fifty selected innovative SMEs, the study identifies the parameters which control the system dynamics of the firm.</span>
